Speaking

I speak on the subjects I work with every day. Not what I’ve read about — what I’ve done.

Topics

AI in Business

What’s real, what’s hype, and what to do about it.

AI is changing business faster than most organisations can keep up. This talk cuts through the hype and gives executives and teams a clear-eyed view of where AI creates genuine value — and where it doesn’t.

Cybersecurity for Executives

Leading when the threat is invisible.

Cyber risk is a board-level issue. This talk is for executives who need to understand the threat landscape without becoming engineers — and how to lead a credible security response.

Digital Transformation

Why most programmes fail — and how to be different.

Based on real transformation experience across large enterprises. This talk addresses the human, structural, and strategic failures that sink transformation programmes, and what successful ones do differently.

Entrepreneurship

Building a business alongside a career.

A candid talk about building Hayshack Enterprises in parallel with a demanding corporate role. For entrepreneurs, side-builders, and anyone wondering if it’s possible.
